Welcome to Loch Lomond Lodge
Loch Lomond Lodge is a romantic, detached lodge located in Rowardennan. The lodge sleeps up to six and is set in private grounds on the edge of the Loch. Rowardennan is at the North end of the roads that follows the east coast of Loch Lomond and is 6 miles North of Balmaha. This is the quite side of the Loch allowing visitors to avoid the through traffic and tourist coaches that frequent some of the other areas of the National Park. The only through traffic are walkers on their route along the West Highland Way!
The property is privately owned and when vacant used by the owner’s family who enjoy using the Loch for water sports. It is a home from home. A private and secluded shallow beach is a stone’s throw away as is the private jetty. Moorings are available for those who wish to bring their own craft. The ex show lodge is tastefully furnished and well appointed.
Rowardennan Hotel is 2 minutes walk away. Here you can enjoy good honest food at a reasonable prices or simply relax in one of the bars with log burning fires. Further a field there are numerous other restaurants and watering holes. The Queen Elizabeth forest and the foot of Ben Lomond are just behind the lodge.
